At Catlink EU, we want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included, and securely attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup as instructed in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
